Return & Refund Policy

At The Glow Up Spot, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policies below. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.

Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Treatment Deposits

Deposits reserve your appointment time and are applied toward your treatment. Deposits are refundable when appointments are canceled with at least 48 hours notice.

Treatment Packages

Pre-paid treatment packages are non-refundable but are fully transferable and never expire. Unused sessions may be applied toward other services of equal value.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Satisfaction

If you are ever unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 7 days of your treatment. We will work with you to make it right.
